1. Ninja Turtles (naturally)
I Luv TMNT. It has always been my main fandom. Why? Because Mutant Turtles are awesome! I don't particularly know WHY they hold my attention so well. I watched the 1st TMNT movie because I was interested in animatronics, and the concept really intrigued me. I just love the characters and their interaction.
2. Fanart
I love fanart for the same reason I adore the original Mirage TMNT series. It's awesome to see different people's stylistic interpretations of a character or an idea! :D
3. Animorphs (I DID NOT KNOW YOU LIKED THEM TOO *Flail*)
*flails back* hee hee. I got into animorphs because I had just read a book where this girl turns into a were-cat, and I liked books with transforming in them. I picked up #2 (it had just came out) and I was hooked. I enjoyed the terra-sci-fi aspect of it (For those who don't know, Terra-Sci-Fi is science fiction that is presented in a way that it could be happening right now and the general public just doesn't know about it) But as the series went on, it went from terra sci-fi to just plain sci-fi. Also, the Yeerks got too powerful. I like a defeatable enemy. *sigh* But it started out awesome!
4. slashfic
This is one that I really should remove *goes and does so* I *USED* to like slashfic because it was generally written better and more thoughtfully than het was, but like many people on my f-list, I feel t-cest and slashfic in general has seemed to get just as inundated (if not more so) with bad fic and bad authors.
5. Kitties!

1. angry beavers
This is an older Nicktoon (around the same time as Rocko) I loved this show! It rocked socks! It was so random and spazzy. Dagget was/is one of my FAVORITE characters of all time, just because he's so spazzy. ;)
2. black-haired inuyasha
I like the anime "Inuyasha", and I especially love it when the half-demon title character loses his demon powers on nights of the new moon and becomes just a human. Maybe because I like my heroes to be a bit vulnerable. Black-haired inuyasha is the first and only crush I've ever had on a human anime character.
3. case closed
This is an awesome detective anime. It's about a cocky teen detective who is shrunk to kid size and has to try to solve mysteries while dealing with the dismissive way that the public generally regards kids with. I like it because it encapsulates a story into every ep, so most episodes can be watched as stand alone episodes. It kinda reminds me of Encyclopedia Brown. Also, I saw an episode (or maybe read a manga chapter) where Conan (the kid detective) was going to get some kind of formula that let him be adult in the next episode, but I never got to see the next ep... does anyone know about this?
4. hermes
Hermes is the talking motorad (motorcycle) from my favorite anime series, Kino's Journey! :) He has an attitude that's part curious child, part whiney busybody. He's fun. I am surprised I've never seen a romance fic between Kino and him tho. hee hee.
5. jthm
Johnny, The Homicidal Manic is a somewhat underground B&W comic I got into when I was in high school. It's done by a minnesotan, Jhohan Vasquez (or however it's spelled) He later went on to create invader Zim, and thus his earlier stuff got famous. It's a VERY dark humor, and now that I look back and re-read some of his comics, I wonder if it somewhat contributed to my depression at that time... hmm...
6. naughtiness
I like naughtiness that doesn't hurt anybody. I also enjoy occasional smut ;)
