Also, Mikey himself would probably admit to not being as cool as the Nightwatcher.

Yes, but that's only because he doesn't know NW is Raph. I can totally see him getting all deflated when he finds out it's Raph, and then being all pissy and grumpy at Raph for not telling him/letting him "super-hero-team-up" with NW.
